These intentional yoni steam blends are handcrafted to support the womb through every phase of the menstrual cycle. Whether you're preparing for your bleed, moving through its aftermath, or soothing cramps and emotional tension, each formula is designed to cleanse, balance, and restore.
Each tube contains 2 full steams, blended with organic herbs, salts, and botanicals to support the uterus, regulate hormones, ease inflammation, and replenish vital minerals.

Focus: Pain relief · Muscle relaxation · Circulation support · Nervous system balance
What You’ll Need
1 cup filtered water
Yoni steam blend
Stainless steel or glass bowl (avoid plastic)
Robe, scarf, socks (to retain warmth)
Blanket to wrap your lower body
2–3 pillows for support if steaming in child’s pose
Optional: Yoni steam seat
If using child’s pose: prepare for a deep hip opener. You’ll be in this position for 15–25 minutes. A book or journal is helpful during this sacred time.
How to Use
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add your yoni steam blend, then turn off the heat.
Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Set up your steaming space, wrap your head, stay warm, and prepare your bowl.
Carefully transfer the steeped herbs into a non-plastic bowl with active steam.
Sit or kneel above the steam, wrap your lower body in a blanket or robe, and relax for 15–25 minutes.
After steaming, rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour, staying warm and grounded.
Avoid intercourse for 24 hours after steaming for full absorption.
Caution
Do not steam during active bleeding
Limit to 15 minutes max if you have open wounds or active infections
Do not exceed 3 steams per 30-day cycle
